mos.portal

The mos.portal is the central control centre of the Mobility Suite mos. Here you can manage and monitor all your apps.

The portal consists of many different modules, which are listed here together with their functions and a brief description. More detailed information and some short tutorials can be foiund in the corresponding sections.

rights management

The rights management is where you manage your projects. You can create new projects, edit or delete existing projects. This is also where you manage the users and their respective authorizations for each project. This is done via user roles.

media manager

The media manager gives you an overview of all uploaded media for the respective project. Here you can upload new media, edit existing media by adding further information or tags, copy the link to specific media for external use and delete media that is no longer required.

content

In the content module you can manage various content types for your apps. Here you can create news, events, locations and promotions. Publish them at a later date, edit them or delete them completely.

publisher

The Publisher gives you an overview of all apps in the respectrive project. Here you can create new apps, edit existing apps and delete them. When editing, you can set everything from the app version to the background color. And very important: the Publisher builds your apps.

push

The push module lets you view scheduled and previously sent push notifications. Here you can plan new push notifications and edit those that have not yet been sent or cancel them completely. You must also set the certificates and keys required for the respective push services on Android and iOS here.

quiz

The quiz module gives you an overview of all quizzes in the respective project. Here you can add new quizzes and publish your drafts. You can edit drafts or even live quizzes at any time. If you no longer need a particular quiz, you can delete it completely.
